While we strive to restore your devices to working condition, we cannot guarantee that all devices can be repaired. Some issues may require parts that are no longer available, or the cost of repair may exceed the value of the device.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of repair services. We accept various payment methods as specified at the time of service. If you choose not to proceed with a repair after assessment, a diagnostic fee may apply.

Device Ownership

You must be the legal owner of any device you bring in for repair, or have authorization from the owner. Aromalight is not responsible for devices left unclaimed for extended periods.

Acceptable Use

When using our services and website, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt our services, servers, or networks
