Repair Service Guarantee

At Aromalight, we stand behind our repair work. If your device experiences the same issue within 90 days of repair completion, we will re-examine and address the problem at no additional charge, provided the issue is related to our repair work.

Return Period

For repairs that do not meet our service guarantee, you may request a return within 90 days of repair completion. The return period begins on the date your device is returned to you after repair completion.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 90 days of repair completion
  • The issue must be related to the original repair work performed
  • The device must be returned in the same condition as when it left our facility
  • All original parts and accessories must be included

Return Conditions

To process a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The device must be in the same condition as when it was returned to you after repair
  • The issue must be directly related to our repair work and not caused by misuse, damage, or unauthorized modifications
  • All original parts installed during the repair must be present and intact
  • Any packaging or protective materials should be preserved when possible
  • You must provide the original repair receipt or work order number
  • The device must not have been damaged due to accidents, water damage, or other external causes after our repair

We reserve the right to inspect returned devices to verify that return conditions are met before processing a return or refund.

Shipping Costs

If you need to return a device to us:

  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective repair
  • If the return is due to our mistake or a warranty issue covered by our service guarantee, we will cover return shipping costs
  • We recommend using insured shipping with tracking when returning devices
  • We are not responsible for devices lost or damaged during return shipping if uninsured shipping is used

For eligible returns covered under our warranty, return shipping costs will be refunded or covered by us upon verification of the issue.

Return Process

  6. Inspection: We will inspect the device upon receipt to verify return conditions
  7. Resolution: We will contact you to discuss the resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing after we receive your returned device. We will contact you within this timeframe to discuss the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items or situations are generally not eligible for return:

  • Devices that have been damaged due to misuse, accidents, water damage, or other external causes after repair completion
  • Devices that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized third parties after our repair
  • Devices returned after the 90-day return period has expired
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair work performed
  • Devices with missing parts, accessories, or components
  • Consumable parts or materials that have been used or installed (unless defective)
  • Diagnostic fees (unless no repair work was performed and you declined service)

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider returns outside these guidelines on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you decide not to proceed with a repair after we've provided an estimate, you may cancel the service. A diagnostic fee may apply if we have already begun assessment work. You may retrieve your device at any time before repair work begins.

Cancellation terms:

  • You may cancel a repair service at any time before repair work begins without penalty (except applicable diagnostic fees)
  • If cancellation occurs after repair work has started, charges may apply based on work completed and parts used
  • Diagnostic fees may be charged if we have performed assessment or diagnostic work before cancellation

If you cancel before any work is performed, any advance payments will be fully refunded. If work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on work completed and materials used.

Unclaimed Devices

Devices left unclaimed for more than 90 days after repair completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal, in accordance with local regulations. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking any action.

Refund Process

If we are unable to complete a repair and no work has been performed, we will refund any payments made. If repair work has begun, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account work completed and parts used.

Refunds may be available in the following situations:

  • We are unable to complete the repair and no work has been performed
  • The repair fails within the warranty period due to our error
  • You cancel the service before repair work begins (diagnostic fees may still apply)
  • Other circumstances determined on a case-by-case basis

Refund procedure:

  2. We will review your case and determine refund eligibility and amount
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  4. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account

Refund amounts will be calculated based on:

  • Parts and materials used
  • Diagnostic fees if applicable

Device Condition

We handle all devices with care. If damage occurs to your device while in our possession due to our negligence, we will work with you to resolve the situation appropriately.

While we take every precaution to protect your device:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed at the time of service
  • We document the condition of devices upon receipt
  • If damage occurs due to our negligence, we will work with you to resolve the situation, which may include repair, replacement, or compensation
  • Our liability is limited as described in our Terms of Use
